On April 15, 2019, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) announced that beginning June 25, 2019, it would only accept the “04/15/19” edition of Form I-526, Immigrant Petition for Alien Entrepreneur. The I-526 Petition is used for an EB-5 investor seeking to obtain lawful permanent residence via the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program.
Before June 25, 2019 you can use the 05/30/17 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
