Mr. Kevin Cheng graduated from Soochow University Graduate School of Science and Technology Law. He has worked at WTW – Taipei Commercial Law Firm since 2001 and became a partner of the firm in 2005. Before practicing law, Kevin Cheng has worked in various multi-national companies and governmental agencies.

Dennis TSAI

Mr. Dennis Tsai graduated from Fu-Jen University Department of Law. He has worked at WTW – Taipei Commercial Law Firm since 1992. He passed the Immigration Specialist License exam on October 6, 2014. He has over 20 years experience in the practice of law and over 10 years experience in U.S. immigration law working with David Enterline.

Stanley TSENG

Mr. Stanley Tseng graduated from Holmes Institute in Australia, majoring in Business Management. He has gained international experience while studying in Singapore, Canada and Australia. He has worked at WTW – Taipei Commercial Law Firm in its EB-5 department since 2012. He passed the Immigration Specialist License exam on October 6, 2014. He also obtained the IIUSA EB-5 Basics Module Certificate on November 9, 2018. Mr. Tseng is fluent in both English and Chinese.

Ms. Carrie Li graduated from Shih-Chien University Department of Foreign Languages. She has worked at WTW – Taipei Commercial Law Firm since 1996. She passed the Immigration Specialist License exam on October 6, 2014. She has over 18 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property Rights.

Ms. Carol Ke obtained a Bachelor Degree in Soochow University, majoring in English Language and Literature. She worked at WTW – Taipei Commercial Law Firm in its EB-5 department from 2011 to 2020. Prior to joining WTW, Ms. Ke has worked in various industries. She passed the Immigration Specialist License exam on October 5, 2012. She also obtained the IIUSA EB-5 Basics Module Certificate on November 19, 2018. Ms. Ke is fluent in both English and Chinese.
