In April 2021, Enterline Immigration Affiliate received an approval for a highly complex I-130 Petition. We are pleased to announce that the client was recently issued her immigrant visa.

Following the I-130 Petition approval by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the client’s file was sent to the National Visa Center (“NVC”) for additional processing. After being documentarily qualified by the NVC, Enterline Immigration Affiliate received notice that an interview was scheduled at the U.S. Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City (“U.S. Consulate”). During the interview at the U.S. Consulate, the client was well prepared and answered all questions asked by the interviewing consular officer openly and truthfully, especially questions relating to her past I-130 Petition and visa refusals. Despite being placed under 221(g) administrative processing and the possibility of being found inadmissible for fraud/ misrepresentation, which would require an I-601 Waiver, the client passed the interview and was issued her immigrant visa.  She will finally be reunited with her American husband following several years of separation.

For more information on petition and visa refusals, please contact us at info@enterimmi.com and speak with a U.S. immigration attorney in Taipei, Ho Chi Minh City, and Manila.
