David Enterline was again invited by American Venture Solutions Regional Center (AVS) to speak at its latest seminar in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on November 20, 2022.

Mr. Enterline discussed the provisions of EB-5 law as a result of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 that was passed in March 2022 and answered investor questions about the source of funds that they can use to make the investment.

AVS is raising capital from foreign investors who will immigrate to the United States via the EB-5 investor visa category. AVS will lend the capital to a developer which will use the capital to develop a single family rental home community in Indiantown, Florida. The community will be developed by the Lindemann Group, a multifamily investment group with an extensive portfolio of rental communities throughout the United States.

The seminar was attended by the regional center principal, Jose E. Latour and Lindemann Group’s Francis Jud Laird.  What is special about this investment is that there is no bank loan.  The Lindemann Group is contributing its equity capital from its own portfolio and will use capital from EB-5 investors to assist in the construction of the project.

Lindemann Group has all of the capital to complete the project. It is borrowing capital from EB-5 investors so that they can obtain U.S. lawful permanent resident status and “green cards”.
