David Enterline of Enterline Immigration and Ryan Barshop of Enterline Immigration Affiliate recently spoke at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”), Asia Pacific Chapter (“APAC”), “11th Annual Conference” in Tokyo, Japan.

AILA is an international organization of more than 16,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law.  APAC is a District Chapter of AILA whose members who have significant clients and law practice in the Asia-Pacific region.

Ryan spoke on the panel covering various family immigration issues such as K-1 fiancé/fiancée visas, direct consular filing of I-130 Petitions, Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) considerations, new public charge rules, and using litigation as a tool to resolve administrative processing and general delays.

David, who also served as Co-Chair of the Conference, spoke on the EB-5 Panel, which focused on the status of the various provisions of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.

David and Ryan are frequent speakers at AILA regional conferences having presented at past conferences in Manila, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Chennai, Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as AILA National Conferences in the United States.
